Youth Baseball
About Youth Baseball
Ogden City offers youth recreation baseball from 1st to 9th grade. Our leagues are focused on involving players, improving player's skills, and being a part of a team. The program is great for players that are brand new to baseball or returning year to year.

- This league is designed as an individual player registration.
- Machine Pitch Leagues: Players are assigned to a coach and team based on the school they are attending as much as possible.
- Live Pitch Leagues: No Team/Player/Coach Requests are accepted. A draft will be held to place players on teams. The draft consists of drills while coaches take notes. The draft occurs after the conclusion of the drills and players will be notified by their coach shortly after. This process helps to spread the talent and abilities more evently between the teams. Players that do not attend the draft will still be added to teams and will be auto assigned to coaches from the league supervisor based upon grade level.
- Participants may play up a division, however, a parent/guardian must coach the team they are playing on.
