Golden Hours is a recreation center for seniors 50 years of age and older. We are committed to helping seniors live independently while enjoying a rewarding social life throughout their lives. We offer a variety of classes designed to enrich seniors' lives, both physically and mentally. We also have many educational seminars and musical performances throughout the year. A complete schedule of activities and fees is located in our monthly newsletter. Congregate lunches are provided through Weber Human Services, department of aging Monday- Friday from 11:30 to 12:30. Membership and a notice of 24 hours is required. See our lunch menu for the current month!
Golden Hours Mission: The purpose and mission of the Golden Hours Senior Recreation Center is to promote independence and support to the 50+ year old population by providing health and wellness, exercise and fitness, art, socialization, nutrition, and educational opportunities for the older adults of Ogden City. Our Center offers a friendly, safe, and comfortable environment that enriches the lives of those we proudly serve.
