Recreational Programs

An integral part of staying healthy and fit is activity.  At our center we have exercise equipment and classes to keep you fit in mind and body. If you are looking for more independent exercise, we have a fully equipped exercise room as well. All exercise classes are included with a current Golden Hours membership.

Pickleball- Monday 4:00-7:30 pm 

Pickleball is played on Monday nights from 4:00-7:30 pm as open play. 

Living Well Tai Chi- Thursdays at 12:30 pm

Registration is required. 

Chair Yoga & Balance and Fitness- Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 & 3:30 pm

Low impact! Both classes have many health benefits including improved flexibility, better circulation, strengthening of muscles, improved balance, and stress relief. It is taught by Claudette Halverson in our Gymnasium. Register with our front today!

Zumba- Tuesday from 10-11 am

Zumba is a great way to get exercise by dance and aerobic movements, performed to all kinds of music. Register with our front desk by month.

Intermediate Line Dancing- Friday from 10-11:30 

This line dancing session is for intermediate dancers and is held in our Gymnasium near the stage on Fridays from 10-11:30.

Golf on Sport Simulator- Open Play all week

Members can play openly during regular business hours. Come have fun or just practice your golfing skills on our State-of-the-Art Golf Simulator! 1 hour of playing time for $3 per hour for members, $5 for non-members or buy 5 hours of play time for only $10 (members only). 

Strong Bodies- Monday & Wednesday at 2:30 pm

Strength training program taught by Utah State Extension. Must register with our front desk.
