Wire Wrapping- 1st Tuesday of the month at 4:30 pm
Wire wrapping is a technique that involves bending wire around stone, sea glass, shells, amber, or other ornamental centerpieces to create a piece of jewelry. This class is held the first Tuesday of the month at 4:30 in the multi-Purpose room.
Quilt Block Project- 2nd Monday of the month at 10:00 am
Some sewing experience required. You will create a quilt block every month for 12 months to complete a quilt top. There is limited space, registration is required.
Silversmithing- Wednesday & Thursday 5-8 pm
In this class you will work closely with an instructor to help you learn how to create a ring or a pendent. You are considered a new student until you complete two projects, both the ring and pendent. For the Thursday night session, you will only do one project per month. You can only register for the Thursday session at a cost is $15 by month. Thursday session is held on the 1st-3rd Thursday. This cost covers 3 weeks of instruction, a material list will be provided along with a schedule of dates upon registration for new students. Wednesday session is held every Wednesday as an Open studio, there is no instruction provided. The fee is $3 for Golden Hours Members and $5 for non-members.
Pottery- Friday 2-4 pm
Come learn how to create your masterpiece on a pottery wheel. Fee of $15 which includes instruction, up to 3 pounds of clay, firing and glazes.
