  1. 2026 Living Heritage Festival Vendor Form

    Welcome, and thank you for your interest in participating in Union Station’s Living Heritage Festival on Saturday, May 9th.

    This event is designed to help the public learn about and appreciate the cultural traditions and histories represented throughout Northern Utah. The festival will feature live music, dance performances, traditional food, artisan goods, crafts, art, and cultural and historical demonstrations.

    We welcome vendors who wish to share traditional foods, crafts, art, and goods that reflect their cultural heritage and community traditions. There is no vendor fee for participants who commit to the event.

    Event Information:

    • Location: Union Station

    • Date: Saturday, May 9th

    • Event Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Vendor Set-Up: Vendors may begin set-up as early as 7:00 AM and must be ready to sell by 11:00 AM. Vendors are expected to remain open until 8:00 PM.

    The deadline to submit a vendor application is March 31, 2026.
