Utility Billing Payment Options

In Person

• 133 W 29th Street. 

Phone

• An automated system is available 24 hours a day: 801-629-8321. Your account number and customer ID number are required to access the system. Payments must be paid with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Online 

• You can pay your bill using Online Account Access. You may use the quick pay option for a one time payment or register for an account to gain access to additional features.

Drop Box

• 133 W 29th Street.

Bank Draft

• Automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Please complete the Bank Draft Authorization Form and return it to the Utility Billing office with a voided check or bank letter listing the routing and account numbers. 

Additional Options

• Payment Arrangement - Property owners may apply for a short term payment deferral.  Contact the Utility Billing Office for details.
• Equal Pay - After 12 months of active service you may enroll to have the water portion of your bill averaged over a 12 month period.  Please complete the Equal Pay Application and return it to the Utility Billing office.
• E-billing - Please contact the Utility Billing Office to receive your monthly utility bills via email.
